01 Acceptance of Terms

Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed. All funds in such an account will be handled in accordance with applicable Philippine law and regulatory requirements.

03 Account Registration & Security

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the nbaodd platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering your nbaodd account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as required during the registration process;
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete;
• Keep your login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential and not share them with any third party;
• Notify nbaodd immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security;

nbaodd strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for enhanced security. Account credentials are personal and non-transferable. Selling, transferring, or otherwise disposing of your nbaodd account to another person is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

nbaodd supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions on the nbaodd platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).

Deposits:

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are generally credited to your nbaodd wallet instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment provider.
• nbaodd does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

05 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

From time to time, nbaodd may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, reload offers, and other incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 21 and above only. nbaodd reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.

06 Gameplay & Betting Rules

• All slot and table game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested for fairness.

08 Intellectual Property

10 Limitation of Liability

11 Suspension & Termination

nbaodd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• Regulatory or legal requirements mandating account closure;
• Extended account inactivity (as defined in our dormant account policy).

Upon termination of your account for cause, nbaodd reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is established, any legitimate balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Bonus balances and associated winnings may be forfeited upon termination for cause.

You may close your nbaodd account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, and any verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the nbaodd platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

13 Amendments to These Terms

nbaodd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the nbaodd platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
